Every piece on Encore Atelier must be genuine and described honestly.
Our rules
- List only pieces you own and that are genuine
- Describe the brand, condition and any marks honestly, and use your own photos
- Fakes and replicas are not allowed, even if you say they are
- Breaking these rules can mean the listing is removed and your account is closed
If you think a piece is fake or misdescribed
- Tap Report this listing on the listing page and tell us what you noticed
- We review every report within 3 working days. If we can't be sure a piece is genuine, we may pause it and ask the lender for proof, such as receipts or tags
- If we remove a listing, the lender is told why
If your piece arrives and isn't as described
Add your arrival photos within 24 hours and message the lender. Then use the fit or claims steps, or contact us. Without photos, the lender's photos count.
