You can cancel a booking in the app: open the rental, choose Cancel, give a reason and confirm.
If you are the renter
Before the lender accepts
Cancel for free. Your payment is released straight away.
10 or more days before the start
Full refund of the rental price and protection fee. The service fee is not refunded.
10 days to 72 hours before
A 30% cancellation fee, paid to the lender. You receive 70% back.
Under 72 hours before
The lender must approve. If they do, you pay 50% and receive 50% as Credits, to use within 30 days.
If the lender cancels
You receive a full refund, including the service fee and any postage you paid. The lender receives a strike. Five strikes pauses their listings.
