What we send
- New booking requests, and whether yours was accepted or declined
- Tracking numbers, when a piece is posted
- A reminder to add your arrival photos, and a reminder the day before a return is due
- Late return notices
- Fit credits, cancellations, claims and their decisions
How
By email, and by text if you add a mobile number in Notifications in your menu. You can turn either off there.
